As a Refer-A-Friend VIP (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Luxury At A Discount Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Refer-a-Friend program.

Qualified Referral - A Qualified Referral is defined as a first-time purchase made at www.luxuryatadiscount.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") that must notate the VIP's name and telephone number that they were referred by, in the notes at the time of purchase. There will be no exceptions to this rule. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. 

Referred Customer - The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. Both must be 18 years of age or older. Referrer cannot refer themselves to earn a Reward Coupon, and purchases by Referred Customers who share Referrer’s email address, billing and/or shipping information, and telephone number may not qualify for a Reward Coupon.

Referral Rewards - For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must notate the Referrer's name and telephone number in the notes at the time of first qualified purchase; no exceptions.

 

Referral Reward  - Referral Rewards may be issued as one of the following: One free item on the website, valued at $50 or less OR $50 off your next purchase of $50 or more. Referral Reward must be used within 31 days of the Referred Customer's qualifying purchase. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Reward. Referral Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred, reproduced or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit. Gift cards, shipping & handling, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and discount cannot be applied to such items. No adjustments on previous purchases, and purchases made with this offer are not eligible for a price adjustment. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Luxury At A Discount reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time and without notice at our discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
